Spoke to a place, Don's Hydro, that offers a 2-year, 24,000-mile warranty. My high school drum instructor, Brian, recommended them. Very professional, and they didn't act annoyed that I wanted to spend money at their shop. So I went with them.

Tow truck is on the way as we speak.

"The last one provides a three-year, 100,000-mile warranty – but won’t be able to repair it for at least a week and won’t be able to give me a quote for multiple days. I’m betting this one will hover around $2,000."

This is the obvious choice, isn't it? Did you ask Scott his opinion?
